I am having trouble logging into my Partner Portal account, who can assist me?

If you cannot remember your password when trying to login, there is a password reset function on the login page of the partner portal. Clicking on this will send a reset request to our central help team who will send out a new password.

Should you have any troubles with logging into the portal using your credentials, you should get in touch with your INTO regional office and they will be able to help.
