How does a student organize an airport transfer?

For the UK a student can organize an airport transfer by completing the relevant section of the application form when they make their application. If this is not requested at the application stage, then a request can be made to UK Centralized Admissions (UKCA) up to 3 working days before arrival.

For the US after confirming their place students will receive an email from INTO arrivals requesting their arrival details. Students can book an airport transfer when they respond to this request.
