Can students transfer programs and/or universities after arrival?

In both cases, it is possible to transfer, but there are steps that students need to take for both.

Students can apply to change their degree courses after beginning their program but they would need to have permission and agreement from the University. All changes to the program are made on a case-by-case basis.

Students can also transfer to different universities post-arrival in the UK, but they must apply for permission from the Home Office first and they need to make a new Tier 4 visa application.
