Can I study on a Tourist visa?

It is not permitted to study academic courses with INTO or its partner Universities whilst on a tourist visa. However students can theoretically study for a period of up to 28 days on a Tourist visa, so in some circumstances, they could do a summer short course (or similar) on such a visa.
